Caribbean Workshop
We are pleased to announce a regional conference in October 2012 to enable stakeholders interested in exploration of the Caribbean region to discuss which specific areas are the most promising for making new discoveries and for developing collaborative region-wide research programs based upon these discoveries.Click here for more information

Mission Patch Design Contest
Your artwork could go on an ocean adventure aboard the exploration vessel Nautilus! National Geographic Explorer Robert Ballard, NG Emerging Explorer Katy Croff Bell, and NG Kids will choose one drawing to be made into a patch worn by the Nautilus team as they explore the world’s ocean to make exciting discoveries. Science Internships
Science internships will be made available this year for undergraduate and graduate students studying oceanography, marine science, and maritime archaeology. Since we don't know what we will find while exploring, we are seeking a wide diversity of interests and experience. Successful applicants will join the Science Team standing watches as Data Loggers, processing data and samples, and participating in educational outreach opportunities.Due Date: 2012 application process is now closed
Engineering Internships
We have partnered with the Marine Advanced Technology Education (MATE) Center to provide two engineering internships for undergraduate and graduate students per year. In your application, specify that you would like to work aboard Nautilus.
